Job summary

Cemex US seeks aDirector of Commercial Development to lead the commercial strategy for the U.S. Aggregates business.

You will standardize the CRM, implement an S&OP process, and deliver analytics to drive pricing, product mix, forecasting, and market development decisions. You will partner with regional and functional teams to enable profitable growth, improve customer experience, and maintain disciplined execution across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial, strategy, or business development roles; experience in construction materials, mining, or logistics industries preferred.
• Proven experience leading CRM system implementations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and embedding structured sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide CRM deployment and governance, standardizing opportunity management and pipeline visibility.
• Drive cross-functional S&OP process with operations, logistics, finance, and sales.
• Develop market intelligence dashboards to support data-driven pricing, forecasting, and mix optimization.
