Genmab is seeking a Director of Portfolio Launch within the Commercialization Strategy & Operations function in Princeton, NJ. You will lead portfolio planning across product and launch teams, drive launch readiness, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely market access and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with Clinical Development, Global Commercialization, and regional teams to shape strategy, prioritize resources, and deliver executive-ready governance materials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading global cross-functional projects.
• Experience in late-stage drug development, market access, and launches.
• Oncology/Hematology experience required.
• Strong steering of portfolio launches and cross-market sequencing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across Product and Launch PMTs.
• Own the portfolio launch readiness framework and ensure milestone delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans with internal and alliance partners.
• Support CDT and GCT with commercialization insights and alignment.
• Provide commercialization readiness assessments for pipeline assets.
