KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our KPMG Strategy practice.

Responsibilities :
  1. Serving as a key client advisor, identify and provide guidance on complex pricing strategies and revenue management decisions
  2. Define and implement competitive pricing strategy based on business and financial objectives, market and competitive analyses, and pricing capabilities
  3. Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level, including helping ensure consistent successful delivery of all facets of project deliverables
  4. Lead key business development activities related to strategy, pricing, and revenue management
  5. Manage and support professional development of KPMG Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff
Qualifications :
  1. Minimum eight years of recent external management consulting experience related to pricing strategy at a strategy or Big 4 firm, or a combination of pricing strategy consulting and a high-impact, business-wide corporate development department of Fortune 100 companies
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  3. Experience in pricing and revenue strategy, profitability management, marketing/sales strategy, and leveraging data analytics
  4. Comfort working across various client/project types including domestic, international, private equity, corporate, government, not-for-profit, organic, and inorganic, with strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment
  6. Comfort with ambiguity and fluid client situations
  7. Willingness and ability to travel
  8. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this role.

California Salary Range: $195,000 - $346,500
