Qualifications

• MBA from a top‑tier business school.
• 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in consulting or CDD.
• Deep understanding of PE decision‑making and diligence dynamics.
• Strong executive presence and client credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement from kickoff through final IC read‑out.
• Frame diligence scope, hypotheses, and priority risks.
• Lead day‑to-day client interaction with PE deal teams.
• Orchestrate Managers and workstreams into a cohesive storyline.
• Make judgment calls on trade-offs, depth vs. speed, and risk emphasis.
• Ensure outputs are investment‑committee ready.
• Coach Managers on judgment, synthesis, and leadership.
