Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence. Based in multiple U.S. offices, you will lead buy-/sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, guiding management and lenders, and delivering integrated analyses with GAAP accuracy.

You will mentor teams, manage complex engagements, and help cross-sell services while upholding A&M's standards of integrity, quality, and client service.

Formación

• 8–10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work as both a team member and individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers.
• Lead client conversations and interactions with lenders.
• Manage team responsibilities and consult with senior leaders.
• Oversee deal aspects with limited guidance from Managing Directors.
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Identify transaction risks and implement risk-addressing strategies.
• Generate a full due diligence report with QOE, P&L, and working capital analyses.
• Communicate engagement matters with clients and manage scope changes.
