Key responsibilities include:- Engagement Leadership: Own the full CDD process from kickoff through final investment committee read-out, managing clients day-to-day.- Diligence Scoping: Frame diligence scope, hypotheses, and priority risks tailored to each transaction.- PE Client Interaction: Lead day-to-day interaction with PE deal teams, serving as the primary A&M point of contact.- Team Management: Orchestrate Managers and workstreams into a cohesive investment thesis and storyline.- Judgment & Quality: Make calls on trade-offs between depth and speed, ensuring outputs are investment-committee ready.- Coaching: Develop and mentor Managers on judgment, synthesis, and client leadership.PEPI services span Transformation Services, Commercial Due Diligence, Interim Management, M&A Services, Manufacturing Operations Improvement, Supply Chain, and CFO Services.
