Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial lending operations or related financial services.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex loan production, servicing, and construction workflows.
• Experience improving processes and reducing turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial real estate loan production from application through closing and funding.
• Oversee loan processing, due diligence, documentation, closing, and funding.
• Manage servicing of commercial and construction loan portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Coach and develop a high-performing operations team.
