Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a Director of Construction Administration to lead the governance, policies, and oversight of our commercial and residential construction lending portfolios. You will steer operational excellence, risk management, and client service across 내부 teams including Credit, Lending, Portfolio Management, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction lending or construction administration experience within regional or national banking institutions.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing construction administration, loan operations, credit administration, or related banking teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for construction loan administration across commercial and residential portfolios.
• Lead and manage construction administration managers, specialists, and support staff with performance expectations and talent development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across portfolios.
• Develop executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and dashboards for senior leadership.
