Job summary
The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Technology to lead hands-on manufacturing engineering, NCR troubleshooting, and the modernization of CNC operations on the factory floor. You will drive tooling development, process improvements, and digital tools adoption while mentoring the engineering team.
Ideal candidates bring CNC problem-solving acumen, experience methodizing new work from drawings to production, and a track record of implementing
Qualifications
- Significant manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining with hands-on problem solving.
- Ability to methodize new work from drawings through production.
- GF&T interpretation and complex requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead CNC programming, setup optimization, and troubleshooting on the shop floor.

- Drive manufacturing improvements and transformation initiatives.
