Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to partner with SRE, architecture, and application teams to implement security by design in cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will monitor security posture, drive improvements with metrics, support incident response and compliance efforts, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to secure-by-default cloud initiatives in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in cloud security engineering or related field.
• Experience securing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SRE, architecture, and application teams to implement security by design in the cloud.
• Plan, prioritize, and advance security initiatives to reduce risk across cloud environments.
• Monitor and improve cloud security posture across AWS, Azure, and GCP using metrics to drive governance.
