Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Director of Product Management to define and deliver a new application-centric cloud management experience. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept through launch and adoption, partnering with engineering, UX, and OCI service teams to unify resource inventory, observability, cost management, security insights, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years building developer-centric products (internal developer platforms, toolchains, CI/CD).
• 5+ years of people management experience developing product managers.
• Strong customer research, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving skills.
• Superlative communication skills and ability to influence executives.
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, APIs, resource management, observability, security, and automation.
• A track record of taking products from discovery through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Market and customer insight: identify unmet needs across application owners, developers, platform engineers, and operations teams.
• Define application model and onboarding requirements for metadata, ownership, resources, and onboarding via Console, APIs, CLI, and IaC.
• Deliver unified application inventory views including costs, health, performance, security findings, and operational issues.
• Own the roadmap from initial release through enterprise adoption and broader service coverage.
• Hire, coach, and develop product managers with clear ownership and performance expectations.
• Align application definitions and workflows across services with OCI teams responsible for discovery, identity, observability, security, billing, and automation.
• Establish success measures and use feedback to improve adoption and reduce operational effort.
• Coordinate positioning, launch readiness, documentation, demonstrations, and field enablement.
