Job summary

Oracle’s OCI Strategic Customer Engineering seeks an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will drive complex programs from inception through execution, building trusted partnerships across engineering, product, operations, customer success, and leadership to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in Program Management, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related tech leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to drive execution in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing program plans, tracking execution, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus.
• Strong customer focus balancing technical priorities and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Define goals, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, product management, operations, and customer success teams.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish scalable program management processes to improve execution.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure delivery across concurrent initiatives.
• Break down complex initiatives into manageable workstreams with ownership.
