Job summary

Scene Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations & Video Engagement to lead and scale our clinical video team, shaping how nurses, pharmacists, and health coaches engage with patients on camera.

You will develop standards, coaching systems, and performance frameworks to ensure high-quality, scalable video-based care, while managing staffing, QA, and compliance to support patient outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Clinical credential (RN, Pharmacist, PA, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership.
• Experience coaching teams on video-based or camera-facing communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the clinical video engagement team.
• Define engagement standards and on-camera quality.
• Partner with HR to design training and staffing models.
• Oversee operations, QA, compliance and documentation.
