Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility/certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology.
• Fellowship in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology required or strongly preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the WACBD research enterprise.
• Develop and conduct high-quality clinical research studies (investigator-initiated, industry-funded, and multi-center).
• Ensure seamless integration of research activities into clinical care to improve patient outcomes.
• Foster collaborations with basic, translational, and clinical scientists to accelerate discovery.
• Join the executive leadership group to shape strategic vision and growth.
