Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin seeks an experienced physician leader to guide the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders and the Hemophilia Treatment Center. The role connects clinical excellence with research, education and advocacy under one mission.

You will lead enterprise programs, oversee the 340B pharmacy initiative, and mentor physicians, researchers and clinical leaders while advancing care standards across Versiti’s network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board certified in internal medicine or pediatrics at hire
• Board certification or board eligibility in hematology with certification within 120 days
• Current Wisconsin licensure or eligibility within 3 months of hire

Responsabilités

• Set the long-term direction for the Center and its 340B pharmacy program
• Align clinical care, research, education, advocacy, and finances with Versiti’s mission
• Manage financial and human resources to support sustainable growth and operations
• Promote high-quality, patient-centered care with campus partners
• Advise and mentor medical directors, physicians, researchers, and trainees
