Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics seeks a Director/Senior Director of Clinical Research to lead the clinical development of therapies addressing rare bleeding and thrombotic disorders. You will shape development strategies, oversee Phase I–III trials, and coordinate with regulatory and translational teams to align with corporate goals.

The role requires an advanced degree and 5+ years in biotech clinical development, with strong leadership and collaboration skills for global multi-center studies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) in life science or health science field.
• 5+ years of clinical development experience in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record executing Phase I-III trials.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environment and interactions.
• Extensive knowledge of GCP, trial methodology, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive clinical development strategies, study designs, and protocols.
• Oversee trial execution, including endpoint selection, monitoring, and data review.
• Collaborate with discovery to identify new candidates and translational strategies.
• Lead regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams and relationships with sites, CROs, and vendors.
