Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or Computer Science required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• Eight+ years in Clinical Systems Engineering or related field with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects involving healthcare technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level leadership for Clinical Systems Engineering and establish enterprise strategies, standards and performance expectations.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for medical-device interoperability and clinical system integration.
• Lead evaluation and planning for technologies, architectures, and data capabilities to support EHR integration.
• Partner with IS, clinical applications, data governance, and cybersecurity to define interfaces and data exchange standards.
• Establish governance for HTM integration, data platforms, and lifecycle management.
