Qualifications

• Requires medical degree (MD or equivalent).
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional clinical development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the clinical study team in oncology within a matrix organization.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, GCO and GMS to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee protocol development, medical review, and regulatory submissions; drive study start‑up and reporting.
