Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree required (MD or equivalent).
• Board certified or Board eligible uro-oncologist/oncologist strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in a relevant urology/oncology clinical research position.
• Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 20–30% annually (international and domestic).

Responsibilities

• Leads the study team, providing training, mentoring, and supervision across studies.
• Collaborates with Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, GCO, QMMC, and GMS for integrated study execution.
• Oversees medical review of critical data and supports NDA/MAA development.
• Interacts with clinical investigators and key opinion leaders to guide study design and results reporting.
• Acts as liaison between company and investigators across global regions.
