Job summary

Klein Hersh International is seeking a strategic and hands-on Executive Director, Clinical Platforms & Product Development for a leading global CRO. You will define the platform strategy, own the end-to-end product lifecycle, and partner with senior IT and Clinical leaders to drive delivery and value across the clinical technology portfolio.

The role requires 12+ years in clinical research or regulated healthcare tech, and a track record of delivering scalable platforms while balancing strategic

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare technology environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development and enterprise-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of the full clinical trial lifecycle and supporting technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the clinical platforms product strategy and roadmap, aligned to enterprise and clinical delivery objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operating model for Clinical Platforms, ensuring delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency.
• Own PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, and execution discipline across platform initiatives.
• Translate clinical needs into technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams to align platform capabilities with trial execution needs.
