Job summary

CRIO is seeking a senior Product Manager to own and drive the eSource and CTMS platform strategy that underpins our clinical research products. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor other product managers, and translate business needs into scalable product roadmaps while leveraging agile practices to deliver measurable outcomes for sponsors, CROs, and research sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software product management, strong written and verbal communication, and a track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Software Product Management, with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity.
• 2+ years leading complex, multi-team product initiatives or mentoring other product managers.
• Strong balance of technical depth and business acumen, with ability to make strategic architectural and business decisions.
• Deep experience with Jira, GitHub, and product management tools.
• Proven ability to decompose complex, ambiguous problems into relevant and detailed business/functional requirements across multiple systems.
• Strong ability to separate technology requirements and constraints from core business value and articulate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences from engineers to C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships across all levels within an organization.
• Experience defining and tracking product success metrics and using data to drive product decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact products on time and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies to deliver cohesive features.
• Develop and adapt scrum framework across the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide other PMs and Scrum Masters in developing strategies.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs across multiple teams to maximize value.
• Plan and document development activities for large-scale cross-team projects.
• Present roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health and business value.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with steering committees and enterprise customers.
• Drive agile delivery improvements through retrospectives and KPIs.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse audiences.
