• Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in clinical research IT/informatics or clinical data management (pharma preferred).
• Strong understanding of validated, regulated systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partner with business teams to develop multi-year capability roadmaps.
• Clinical Systems Stewardship: govern clinical ops and program leadership technologies.
• Data & AI Strategy: promote AI/ML solutions for data processing and quality checks.
• Compliance, Security & Governance: ensure systems meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Strategic Planning & Vendor Management: oversee budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for tech initiatives.
