Job summary

Pearl Health in Seattle is seeking a Director, Clinical Performance to shape how care is delivered across major health systems. You will serve as the clinical and population health SME and partner with Markets and Customer Success to drive value-based care adoption.

You will analyze performance data, lead client reviews, and translate complex clinical, quality, and financial insights into concrete recommendations.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or APP with board-certified clinical practice.
• Direct experience in value-based care and quality management.
• Knowledge of Medicare ACO programs and risk adjustment.
• Experience engaging physicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical relationship for Pearl's client ACOs and drive performance.
• Analyze client-level data to identify drivers and communicate findings.
• Partner with Markets and Customer Success to align client strategy.
• Lead client reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Foster adoption of recommendations to improve performance.
