Job summary

Pearl Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Performance to directly shape care delivery across leading health systems and champion value-based care. You will serve as a clinical and population health expert, managing a portfolio of ACO clients, turning data into actionable guidance and aligning clinical priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or APP with clinical practice experience.
• Experience with value-based care contracts (MSSP/ACO REACH/Medicare Advantage).
• Knowledge of Medicare ACO mechanics, risk adjustment, quality scoring.
• Ability to translate clinical data into requirements for technical integration.
• Experience engaging physicians and leadership as a clinical peer.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical relationship for a portfolio of Pearl's client ACOs.
• Analyze performance data to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Lead client-facing performance reviews and deep-dive sessions.
• Collaborate with Markets and Customer Success teams to align on strategy.
• Shape Pearl's analytics suite and playbooks and drive implementation with clients.
