Job summary

Pearl Health is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Account Management leader to own a portfolio of 10 medium to large accounts. You will guide implementations, drive renewals and expansions, and lead executive-level reviews to demonstrate Pearl’s value in a value-based care environment.

You will analyze performance data, tailor Pearl’s solutions to client needs, and collaborate across internal teams to optimize provider performance and outcomes. Remote role based in PST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in provider-facing roles and value-based care.
• Ability to present to clinical staff and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a portfolio of 10 medium and large accounts with implementation frameworks.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and workshops to demonstrate Pearl’s value.
• Collaborate with CS Ops and Growth to secure contract renewals and drive expansion.
• Provide strategic consulting to re‑engineer workflows and optimize care delivery.
