The role guides best practice order sets and accreditation compliance, shaping education and training programs within the organization.

You will develop budgets for departmental areas, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, efficient patient care through continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare or Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in an acute care setting with leadership/management.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and improves clinical process performance through analysis and trends.
• Recruits and guides content-expert staff development.
• Educates and trains staff to apply best practice initiatives.
• Manages departments within annual budget requirements.
• Supports hospital-based teams to achieve clinical excellence objectives.
• Ensures environment and technology support patient safety.
