Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 12 years related experience, including 5 years in CRO/Pharma or sales.
• Proven track record with mid-level and high-level contacts.
• Strong business/industry awareness and knowledge of drug discovery/development.
• Excellent analytical skills for customer data interpretation.
• Able to maintain demanding timelines and influence stakeholders.
• Flexible/adaptive to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Secure and retain business through consultative sales activities with decision-makers.
• Manage staff per policies, assign work, and guide professional development.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposals to develop formal offers.
• Develop account sales plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization.
• Ensure cross-sell opportunities across IQVIA services.
