Job summary

The NYC Health Department is seeking an Administrative Community Relations Specialist to lead clinical operations strategy and cross-functional program delivery. You will partner with the Executive Director of Operations to set priorities, plan initiatives, and ensure timely, within-budget implementation across clinical programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare operations leadership, with track records in quality improvement and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder clinical projects.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director of Operations in developing clinical operations strategy.
• Lead roadmaps for new clinical programs, workflows and quality initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end clinical operations projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with IT/HR/Compliance/Finance and clinical departments.
• Establish governance, change management, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor milestones and adjust as needed to maintain momentum.
