Job summary

Ascension in Flint, MI is seeking a Full-time Nursing Operations Leader to direct and optimize the Clinical Operations department at PACE Michigan. The role offers day shifts with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits while focusing on quality patient care and staff retention.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
  • Registered Nurse preferred.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
