Job summary

Ascension in Wichita, KS is seeking a Senior Living executive to lead the Wichita PACE home, directing overall operations and strategic planning to drive financial performance and census growth while embedding Catholic mission and core values in culture.

The role oversees compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, and the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, and ongoing education, to build high-performing teams and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
• 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 years in leadership/management OR
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, with 2 years in leadership/management.

• Direct overall operations and strategic planning for the PACE organization, driving financial performance, forecasting, and census growth while aligning Catholic mission and values.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain high standards of care and risk management.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, and continuing education to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board, presenting operational reports and translating objectives into actionable policies.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nursing Home Administrator preferred.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
