Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare applications, clinical systems, or healthcare technology leadership.
- Experience leading an EHR or major healthcare application in a complex setting, with HIPAA knowledge.
- Experience with AI documentation, ambient listening, automation, summarization, or population health tools.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy, roadmap, governance for BHN's clinical application portfolio and ensure reliability and user-friendliness.
- Own the EHR ecosystem and related clinical platforms, including training, adoption, and change control.
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to improve workflows, regulatory reporting, and patient data protection.
