Job summary
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to lead enterprise nursing operations, ensure medication safety, and drive quality across MAP and non-MAP programs. The role partners with the Organizational Quality team to align with regulatory standards and improve patient care.
The ideal candidate has nursing leadership experience, MA RN licensure, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts is required.
- Extensive knowledge of MAP, DMH/DPH/BSAS requirements, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership on nursing operations and clinical safety across BHN programs.
- Oversee nursing workflows, medication management, documentation, and regulatory expectations.
- Lead program readiness for licensing visits and accreditation surveys.
- Supervise MAP Trainers and the MAP Compliance Coordinator.
- Monitor audits and drive corrective actions across MAP and non-MAP programs.
- Support education, competency development, and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
