• More than 12 years of consulting or analytics experience in climate risk or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, CAT Modeling, or related field.
• Proven ability to guide complex client engagements and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
• Experience shaping proposals, RFPs, and advisory offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to assist in long-term planning, business development, and expansion of the practice.
• Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, RFP responses, and opportunity pursuits.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and support cross‑team coordination.
• Ensure advisory solutions meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Drive alignment across regional teams and senior stakeholders.
