You will lead all aspects of project execution, manage multiple workstreams, and build strong relationships with clients, account teams, and technical experts to expand the Climate Risk Advisory's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting or analytics for climate/catastrophe risk.
• Strong ability to guide complex client engagements and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record in business development and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to assist in long-term planning, business development, and expansion of the practice.
• Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, RFP responses, and opportunity pursuits.
• Maintain access to pipeline activity and support coordination across account teams and technical experts.
• Assist in improving the Climate Risk Advisory value proposition and market positioning.
