Job summary

Aon in New York City is seeking a Director to lead Climate Risk Consulting initiatives. The role is hybrid, blending virtual collaboration with office-based leadership, and focuses on directing project execution, client engagements, and cross-functional delivery.

You will shape practice strategy, mentor teams, manage pipelines, and expand advisory solutions, while partnering with senior clients and internal experts to drive measurable climate risk outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting, catastrophe or climate risk analytics, insurance, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, CAT Modeling, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to guide complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution across multiple client engagements.
• Coordinate priorities, communication, and implementation across teams and leadership.
• Develop and expand Climate Risk Advisory solutions and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage pipeline activity and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
