Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions in Memphis, TN seeks a Director of Client Services to lead strategic client relationships, drive service excellence, and translate operational performance into actionable insights across manufacturing, distribution, and transportation.

You will manage SLAs, present executive-level reviews, develop the Client Services team, and partner with customers and internal operations to improve outcomes and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in account management, client services, or related fields.
• Experience leading customer-facing business reviews and executive-level discussions.
• Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI reporting and performance improvement plans.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships across assigned accounts as the primary customer-facing leader.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to align operations with client expectations and contracts.
• Own development, analysis, and presentation of SLA/KPI reporting and performance trends.
• Prepare and lead customer business reviews with scorecards, trends, and action plans.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate performance data into executive summaries and customer-facing insights.
