bswift seeks a Director, Account Services to lead the account management function within our Engagement Solutions team. You will mentor a team of account managers, standardize processes, and partner with Creative and Operations to deliver high-value client work on time.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, proactive client engagement, and leveraging AI to streamline workflows, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving growth across national accounts.

Formación

• Ten or more years of experience in project management, account management or client services within an agency or marketing setting.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing people and delivering complex client projects on time and on budget.
• Strong ability to standardize processes, manage client relationships and drive strategic objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of account managers, set standards and processes for client work.
• Oversee client relationships, ensure consistency and quality across accounts, and support high-visibility engagements.
• Drive proactive, strategic partnership with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Consulting).
• Advance project management practices, workflows and reporting, including automation and AI-enabled efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to align client strategy with service delivery and renewals.
