Ilant Health is seeking a Reporting & Insights Lead to own client-facing reporting and analytics across the organization. You will work closely with data engineering, analytics leadership, client success, and clinical operations to prove the value of our product to employers, health plans, and partners.

This senior, client-facing role involves presenting results to clients and executives, and raising the bar for how we measure and communicate value, without managing a team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of analytics, BI, or healthcare data roles.
• Experience owning client-facing reporting or analytics deliverables.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with Snowflake/dbt environments.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing reporting deliverables and executive dashboards.
• Present results to clients and executives, defend methodology.
• Partner with Client Success and Sales to shape data communication during renewals and upsells.
• Lead reporting workstreams and ensure data governance and quality controls.
