Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance, business or related field is required.
• Five years of related experience, with at least three years managing staff.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience or required education to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement strategies for civic engagement and resident-driven innovation programming that contribute to the field of public sector innovation and result in positive impact for residents.
• Oversee the delivery and evaluation of multiple civic engagement programs globally.
• Contribute to program evaluation plans with key metrics and indicators.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaborations to advance research, policy, and practice around resident-driven innovation.
