Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in social impact, program management, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience managing events, workshops, and cohorts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with partners, funders, or external collaborators.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Belfer Center leadership to advance initiatives with strong execution and participant experience.
• Help shape program strategy while overseeing day-to-day implementation across initiatives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
• Represent the Belfer Center in external meetings and partner engagements as needed.
• Provide direction to staff and consultants supporting Belfer Center initiatives.
• Build relationships across 92NY departments to ensure successful program delivery.
