The role includes clinical support to adult services, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices within regulatory standards. You will lead the Children's Residential Program, supervise the Coordinator, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align services with individual goals and treatment

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in behavioral health, residential services, or related human services setting.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff and manage programs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices and individualized service delivery.
• Strong documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
