A leading community care organization in Elizabethtown, NC, is seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Day Treatment Program Director to oversee program operations and staff in providing essential services to youths. This role requires a Master's degree and licensure as well as experience in mental health or substance abuse counseling. Qualifications

• Two years of substance abuse and/or mental health counseling experience.
• Skills in establishing rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage staff and oversee clinical assessments.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and management of Day Treatment staff.
• Direct all aspects of the Child and Adolescent Day Treatment program.
• Collaborate to evaluate program effectiveness.
