Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services seeks a Program Manager to supervise the Day Treatment program onsite at Davidson Center in Lexington, NC. The role focuses on creating a therapeutic environment, fostering symptom stability, and helping youth reintegrate into school settings.

You will collaborate with school staff, therapists, and other professionals to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Professional (QP) status.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience with the population served.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day Treatment program operations and staff on-site.
• Support developmentally appropriate functional gains and reintegration into school.
• Collaborate with school personnel and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure regulatory compliance.
