Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, Change Management CoE to lead enterprise change for Global Development. This role drives strategy, governance, and scalable change across GD projects, aligning with RD priorities and business needs.

The successful candidate partners with senior sponsors, HR, and cross-functional leaders to enable adoption, build capabilities, and measure outcomes, while maintaining Credo-driven leadership in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Active certification in change management preferred (Prosci/CCMP).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in change management.
• Pharma/regulated industry experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a Change Management CoE or similar portfolio capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management CoE strategy, governance and metrics.
• Scale change delivery across Global Development and GD portfolio.
• Partner with sponsors, leaders and HR to ensure adoption plans.
• Develop coaching and training to build internal capability.
• Ensure alignment with R&D strategies and cross-functional teams.
• Provide insights on readiness, risks, and sequencing for initiatives.
