Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Change Management CoE to lead the Change Management Center of Excellence within the Global Development organization. You will drive enterprise change leadership, governance, and capabilities across GD, partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into action.

The role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and a certification in change management, with a focus on improving adoption and outcomes across GD and R&D.

Qualifications

BA/BSc or equivalent required.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Active certification in change management preferred / expected.

Responsibilities

Establish and evolve GD's change management methodology and playbooks.
Operate scalable support and advisory delivery models.
Build change management capabilities across GD through coaching and training.
Define scalable structures, tools, and governance for change delivery.
Partner with sponsors and owners to ensure change plans and toolkits.
Coordinate related change initiatives to avoid duplication.
Align with R&D change strategies and leadership.
