Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Technical Compliance Excellence to translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical, globally aligned enterprise approaches across the Innovative Medicine network.

You will lead enterprise technical compliance strategy, provide independent challenge on significant risks, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Digital teams to enable consistent execution across sites and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
• Experience interpreting global regulatory expectations into practical strategies.
• Ability to influence across sites, platforms, and geographies without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory expectations into enterprise compliance position.
• Define enterprise principles, methodologies, and templates for complex topics.
• Provide independent challenge on significant risks and remediation strategies.
• Develop guidance to enable consistent application across platforms and sites.
