Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director, CFO Services - Digital Finance to lead transformation initiatives across portfolio companies in our PE practice. You will drive analytics, predictive forecasting, and finance automation to improve EBITDA and cash flow.

The role requires deep experience in digital finance and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, guide client interviews, and deliver actionable plans with senior stakeholders. Atlanta-based opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college; concentration in accounting/finance/economics preferred but not required.
• Experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Over 12 years of experience related to Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree Preferred but not Required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client interviews and information gathering; guide data collection.
• Develop actionable conclusions and framework from analyses.
• Project management and implementation across service lines; lead smaller workstreams.
• Engage senior management and board members to obtain buy-in on plans.
