The Administrative Program Manager serves as the Director Of Central Services main responsibility is to provide management, direction, oversight, and policy in the areas of leases, headquarters and remote facilities, health and safety services, fleet management, mailroom and receiving operations, capital inventory, and records management. These services are essential to the basic operations of the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE). The incumbent in this position will occasionally visit MDE facilities in the following counties: Wicomico, Anne Arundel, and Allegany, and will be required to drive a State vehicle. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with no more than five points is required to operate a State vehicle. Out-of-State Licenses: If you hold an out-of-state license, you must provide a certified copy of your driving record from the appropriate Motor Vehicle Administration at the time of appointment.
