Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in materials science or civil engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of cementitious materials or construction materials experience.
  • Ability to bridge laboratory development, product engineering, and field execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of cementitious material systems and establish performance standards.
  • Standardize materials, application methods, and quality practices across regions.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex projects and field troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with SIMCO and Structural Technologies teams to align material strategies with asset performance.
  • Develop laboratory testing capabilities and testing protocols for product development and validation.
  • Evaluate new materials and methodologies to improve durability and sustainability.
