Position Overview

Director - Cementitious Systems & Materials Engineering will lead the development, optimization, and deployment of advanced cementitious material systems across SIMCO and Structural Technologies.

This role is primarily aligned with SIMCO, with strong integration into Structural Technologies, and is responsible for ensuring that material systems are technically sound, scalable across operations, and effectively applied in the field. The position will also play a key role in establishing and developing laboratory and testing capabilities in the United States to support product development, validation, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
Cementitious Systems Engineering

Lead the development and optimization of cementitious material systems, including mix design, specialty concrete applications, and admixture strategies. Establish performance standards, application guidelines, and quality control protocols to ensure consistent and reliable results across projects and operating teams.

Product Deployment and Standardization

Support deployment of proprietary and engineered material systems across Structural Technologies projects. Work to standardize materials, application methods, and quality practices across regions and business units. Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure product consistency and scalable production.

Field Application and Technical Support

Provide technical leadership for complex and high‑risk projects involving cementitious systems. Support engineering and construction teams with material selection, application methods, and troubleshooting of performance issues. Serve as a key escalation point for material‑related challenges in the field.

SIMCO Integration and Asset Performance
